Build the perfect raised garden bed for your space with ultimate flexibility. Straightcurve's 9.5" Modular Planter system features premium CorTen weathering steel panels that connect in endless configurations, delivering professional-grade quality for raised beds, retaining walls, and custom outdoor projects.
Note: Weathering steel panels arrive in their natural pre-weathered state (black/gray) and will develop their signature rust patina once exposed to the elements. Rusting time varies by climate.
Not sure if 9.5" is right for you? We offer three heights to match your growing needs:
Available Panel Lengths: 6 different sizes to choose from (select from variants)
Straight Joiners
Used to connect two panels horizontally, extending either width or height of your planter.

Closed Corners
Create traditional rectangular or square planters with 90° corners.

Open Corners
Design L-shaped planters and custom configurations.

When do you need bracing?
Bracing Options:
Option 1 - Anchor Post & Bracket Kit
Includes both post and bracket. Use anywhere on the panel that needs support. Required for bracing in the middle of 78" panels.
Option 2 - Universal Bracing
Hooks onto straight joiners for support at connection points. Not suitable for mid-panel bracing on 78" panels.

Q: What's included with each panel?
A: Each panel is sold individually. Connectors, corners, and bracing are sold separately so you can customize your exact configuration.
Q: How do I calculate how many panels I need?
A: Measure your desired planter dimensions. For a simple rectangular bed, you'll need 2 panels for length + 2 panels for width, plus 4 closed corners and straight joiners if stacking height.
Q: How long does the rust patina take to develop?
A: Typically 3-6 months depending on your climate and weather exposure. Wet climates rust faster than dry climates.
Q: Can I use these on a rooftop or patio?
A: Yes! These are perfect for hard surface installations. The rust patina is stable and won't stain once fully developed.
Q: What's the soil capacity?
A: Varies by configuration. A 4'×8'×9.5" bed holds approximately 19 cubic feet of soil (about 0.7 cubic yards).
We know all these choices can be overwhelming! Our team is here to help you design the perfect configuration and ensure you have all the parts you need.
